Dan O’Rourke serves as Director of Multifamily Office Solutions at Strathmore Capital Advisors, where he leads the development and delivery of the firm’s offering across tax, estate, financial planning, and investment management.
He began his financial services career in 2004 and focuses on helping business owners, professionals, and multigenerational families bring clarity and discipline to complex financial lives.
Prior to joining Strathmore, Dan served as Chief Investment Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee at Wellspring Wealth Management. Earlier in his career, he spent over 17 years at Vanguard, advising the firm’s largest institutional and advisory clients. Dan earned his degree from Temple University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He and his wife live in the South Carolina Lowcountry, where they are raising their two sons and remain active in their church, school, and community.
