We consider client privacy to be fundamental to our relationship with our clients.  We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of clients’ non-public personal information entrusted to us.  To those ends, internal guidelines have been developed to protect this confidentiality, while allowing client needs to be served.  These guidelines address how we handle non-public personal information within our administrative, technical, and physical systems.

We do disclose, as necessary, clients’ information:

• to unaffiliated service providers and vendors in furtherance of establishing, maintaining, and reporting on the client’s relationship with us (i.e., broker-dealer, account custodian, recordkeeper, technology, customer relationship management software (CRM), insurance, etc.);
• when required to do so by judicial or regulatory process; or
• when otherwise permitted to do so in accordance with applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.
